This a customized version of the Buddy L Repair-It-Unit Truck produced through the end of the 50s.
These Ford replicas were the last of the big and heavy Buddy L trucks.
Made from heavy gauge steel, the wheels are solid rubber.
Beautifully finished, there is a tool box in the bed with tools.
This was the last Buddy L series to have been so robust. To remain competitive, Buddy L soon retooled for a smaller and lighter series of toys.
