You’ve seen those listings stating that the toy is “rare” or “super rare”. Truth of the matter…it depends. By definition, rare can refer to quality or scarcity…the most common usage being the latter. So…most Tonka toys are not rare. Hard to find maybe but not rare. Having a particular model show once a year could be considered rare I suppose…once a month…I don’t think so.
