Marx 1950’s Heavy Duty Dump Truck

Louis Marx was the king of toy makers!

From 1919 until selling the company to Quaker Oats in 1972, Marx dominated the toy industry. His toys ran the gamut and in his use of mass production techniques he managed to produce his toys at low cost.

This litho-tin dump truck is from the late 1950’s. There is sign of wear throughout but overall, condition is excellent.

This one of the larger trucks made by Marx…not as easy to find as the smaller trucks.
