Tonka 1957 Stock Rack Truck

One of the most collectible of all Tonka trucks, 1957 was the only year that this truck was made in this color.

Of all the trucks that Tonka made, this color has to have been the most problematic. Whether on the Pickup or the Stock Rack, the finish invariably developed a “crackled” or “crazed” finish.

This toy is in superb condition showing just a small amount of paint loss to the rear of the bed. Both mudflaps are original but one is damaged. The chute cord is a replacement.
