Tonka 1964 No. 380 Troop Carrier

Description

Tonka introduced their first military vehicle in 1963…a Jeep.

1964 brought the expansion of the series…including the Troop Carrier which stayed through 1965.

Tonka would retain a military vehicle (mostly Jeeps) until the end of the decade.

This 1964 version is in excellent condition with minor signs of play wear.

The benches are missing.

FYI…”urban legend indicates GR2-2431 (Greenwood 2-2431) was the plant phone number for Tonka in Mound, Minnesota.”
