Description
The Charles WM. Doepke MFG.Co. Inc., Rossmoyne, Ohio made some of the best American toys between 1946 and 1959.
Using real equipment as their inspiration, their Bulldozer, which was based on the Caterpillar D6, is one of their most collectible toys today. Most of their toys were made under license.
Condition is excellent. The black seat and floor have been repainted. Tracks are replacements.
There were three versions of the toy. This one is from 1953.
The toy works just as it would have 60 years ago. The lever has three blade positions.
