Description

Introduced in the early 50s, the MICs were something of a departure for Smith Miller. The company had changed its name to Miller Ironson Corp but these would always be known as Smith Miller MIC trucks.

These trucks had a lot more detail…steerable…bench seat…doors with locking handles that opened.

All door hinges are intact.

The decals show “Official Tow Car – 24 Hour Service” and “National Automobile Club”.

The winch is hand cranked and secured by the ratchet lever. The weighted hook is attached to the ball chain.

There is some paint loss…mostly to the hood.
