Description
Introduced in 1957, the bronze dump truck stuck around for a few years.
The paint was problematic as it was prone to crazing.
This version from 1960 is in superb condition.
The hydraulic piston does work but may stick if left unused for a period. Should this happen, gently raise the bed by hand, move it up and down and the hydraulics should work fine.
The large lever releases the bed and the hydraulics raise it to dump the load. The smaller lever opens the tailgate.
